Sydium ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered social media management platform.
2. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials (via Firebase Authentication or social login providers).
When you connect social media accounts, we access post content, engagement metrics, and audience data through official platform APIs (OAuth 2.0). We never store your social media passwords.
We store posts, drafts, scheduled content, media files, and AI-generated content that you create within the platform.
If you use Brand Voice training, we temporarily process your existing posts to learn your writing style. Training data is automatically deleted after 14 days.
We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the platform, including page views, feature usage, and performance metrics.

- Social media platforms: To publish content and retrieve analytics on your behalf
- AI providers: OpenAI and Anthropic for content generation (no personal data shared, only content prompts)
- Infrastructure providers: Google Cloud (Firebase) for hosting and data storage
- Payment processor: Stripe for subscription billing
- Error tracking: Sentry for monitoring application errors
5. Data Security
- All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3)
- Data at rest encrypted (AES-256) on Google Cloud
- OAuth 2.0 for all social platform connections
- We never store your social media passwords
- Regular security audits and monitoring
