Not anymore. Pro and Agency start with a 14-day free trial instead: card upfront, $0 charged today, cancel any time before day 14 and you pay nothing. A permanently-free tier mostly attracted people who never posted; a real trial with a real deadline gets you an honest answer faster.
Q.Why do you need my card for a free trial?
So the trial behaves like the product you're actually trying: real accounts connected, real posts scheduled, nothing crippled to push an upgrade. Nothing is charged until day 14, and you can cancel from your account settings with one click before then.
Q.What's the Sounds-Like-You Promise?

Q.What counts as a "post" in the plan limits?
Every AI-drafted piece of content Sydium schedules or publishes for you, across any connected platform. Pro includes 300 a month, Agency 800, Enterprise 2,000. Most solo operators use a fraction of the Pro allotment; agencies running several client calendars are why Agency's ceiling sits well above it.
Q.Can I run multiple brand voices, or manage clients?
Pro is built for one voice, one operator: 3 brand voice profiles, no client workspaces. Agency adds 20 client portals, each with its own voice, plus 10 team seats and approval workflows. Enterprise goes to 50 clients and 50 seats. If you're between Pro and Agency, talk to us before you buy - we'd rather size you correctly than sell you the wrong tier.
Q.What if my team outgrows Pro or Agency?
