Is the free tier actually free?
Yes. No credit card. Two hundred AI credits monthly. All ten platforms. Use it forever if it fits.
Why is the yearly tier a one-year commitment?
Because we are not playing the rename-monthly game. If you commit to a year, you pay the year. Saves you ~20%, saves us churn churn-prevention overhead. Honest trade.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, monthly to yearly anytime. Yearly to monthly at renewal. Pro to Agency anytime. Agency back to Pro at renewal.
What about refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of first payment, no questions. After that we will work with you on edge cases but cannot promise refunds for unused months.
Does AI video generation come with the subscription?
No. AI video is sold separately as pay-as-you-go credit packs - buy what you need from Stripe, top up when you run out. The Pro and Agency subscriptions cover everything else (writing, scheduling, autopilot, inbox replies). Video is intentionally a separate product because not everyone needs it.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy a top-up pack or wait for next month. We do not rate-limit anything you have already published.
